It is situated in the exclusive HOMESITES AT SQUAW CREEK private community and overlooks the 4TH GOLF HOLE of the Resort at Squaw Creek. You are just minutes from world-class skiing, miles of hiking trails, ice skating, golf and the many restaurants at the Resort at Squaw Creek. Since the Resort operates its own ski lift for Resort guests and Homesite's owners, you would only have a 2 MINUTE DRIVE (10 minute walk) to access slopes!!!
This custom crafted inspired and architecturally superior home offers luxury with a well thought out and comfortable floor plan. The main entry level is a spacious open living plan: an oversized slate foyer with a bench to take off shoes/boots, and a designated area with shelves and hooks for storing shoes, boots, gloves, hats, clothes, etc; a den/library with custom built in bookshelves, queen pull out couch, skylight and adjoining partial bath; formal dining room (seats 10) with a custom chandelier and skylights overhead; living room which boasts a towering stone-stacked fireplace with copper accents, custom chandelier, stereo system, cathedral ceilings, skylights and picture windows framing glorious views of Squaw Valley and the golf course; a gourmet kitchen with upscale cooking utensils and serving dishes/stemware, granite countertops, 3 bar stools for eating (perfect for kids) or overlooking the action ; and, a more casual dining area (seats 8) surrounded by custom stained glass with a child's table (seats 4), skylight and custom chandelier overhead, and access to a small deck.
